DUE TO A RECENT INCREASE IN FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY, ITEMS SENT TO AN ADDRESS OTHER THAN BILLING WILL BE HELD FOR VERIFICATION- all phone numbers and email addresses must be valid or the order will be cancelled

You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase wine. By placing your order you have represented to Hudson Wine Market that you are at least 21. We reserve the right to ask for proof of identity before processing an order.

An adult signature with proof of age verification is required at time of delivery. Please be aware that someone over the age of 21 must be available to sign for the package. If no one is available at the time of delivery, the package will not be left. Because of this, we suggest you ship to a work address. We cannot ship wine to PO Boxes or APO addresses. We do not ship or transact internationally.

We offer 3 shipping options:

  1. Ground Service - approximately 2-5 business days in transit
  2. 2nd Day Air - 2 business days in transit
  3. Next Day Air - 1 business day in transit

In calculating transit times, shipping companies do not count the day the item is picked up.

Under normal circumstances, most orders will be processed the day following your online order. We can usually ship your order within 2 to 4 days (not including holidays and weekends) after it has been processed. Depending on your location, your order will be an additional 1-5 business days in transit.

During times of extremely hot or cold weather, we recommend using 2nd Day or Next Day shipping to avoid having your order be exposed to the extremes of hot and cold for an extended period in transit. Please Note: We are not responsible for champagnes and/or wines that arrive damaged due to heat or cold, so please plan accordingly when you choose your shipping option.

An email will immediately acknowledge receipt of your order, while a second email will confirm your order has been processed and is prepared for shipment or Store Pickup. We will contact you by the end of the next business day if there is any problem with your order.

While we make every effort to show accurate product listings on our website, Hudson Wine Market is not responsible for typographical, pricing errors, and omissions. Once in a while, despite our best efforts, inaccuracies can occur on our website. While we're all really a very sympathetic bunch over here, we can't honor prices which inaccurately make their way onto our website. And we really mean "can't"!  We're legally bound to sell alcohol above our costs. Prices and Availability Stated within the Website are NOT Guaranteed in Store. Pricing Displayed within the Website are for ONLINE Purchases ONLY. Please note: Online inventory level may differ from our store. Please call ahead before visiting to confirm that the wine/beer/spirit you're looking for is in stock. 

Additionally, awe cannot be held responsible for discrepancies between the images in our product listings and what the product actually looks like. If you are confused and want to make sure you are getting the right product, please contact us if you have any product label questions. Thank you for your understanding.

Please note that your shipping costs are estimated. Free shipping offers exclude Hawaii & Alaska. There will be no Free shipping to those two states on items that say "Free Shipping" on our site. Actual costs will be confirmed with you when your order is placed. Please call us as soon as possible to change your shipping address. If the package is still in our facility we will change the address free of charge. If the package is in transit a shipping charge may incur.

Many states restrict the shipment of wine. Please accept our apologies if we are unable to ship to your area. We cannot ship to the following states: Alaska, Alabama, Arkansas, Delaware, Indiana, Massachusetts, Maryland, Mississippi, North Dakota, New Hampshire, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Puerto Rico, South Dakota, Texas, Utah, West Virginia. RETURN POLICY

We would like to make your shopping experience with Hudson Wine Market enjoyable and hassle-free. If an error was made on our part, we will do everything possible to remedy the situation. If you need to cancel or return an order for other reasons, please contact customerservice@hudsonwinemarket.com within 7 days of receipt of your package to make arrangements.

Returns and exchanges are valid only for unopened merchandise in its original package. However, Champagne, special order and special pre-sale purchases are final.

Please note that you will be responsible for all shipping costs for the original order as well as return shipping except in cases where a mistake was made on our part.
