Tasting notes

This 100% Pinot Gris offers delicate white fruit aromas with hints of vanilla. Aromatic, with good acidity and an elegant character, it is very refreshing. Great by itself of the perfect match for light hors d'oeuvres, chicken, fish or just about anything else you can imagine.

Technical notes

100% Pinot Grigio. Fermented and aged for 6 months in large oak barrels.

Food pairing

Salads, hors d’oeuvres, soups, white meats. An especially great balance for any dish with salty/ smokey bacon.
