A rich, unblended single-cask Cognac from the Borderies clay soils. Aged 19 years in barrel. Distinctive and full-bodied, from a tiny and often overlooked Cognac region of Borderies. Excellent length with flavors of nut kernels and the distinctive hint of violets in the nose.
